All of our tees are made just for you (because you’re not basic), so please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.
Orders aren’t processed on weekends or holidays — even Woo Girls need rest.
Delivery Estimates
Once your order ships, here’s what to expect:
United States: 5–10 business days
International (if available): 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, or the universe testing your patience.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout — no surprises, no jump scares.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info so you can obsessively check it while packing your boots.
Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update — don’t panic, it’s on the way.

Because our items are made-to-order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
Wrong size selection
Change of heart
“I thought I’d be more feral this weekend” moments
Please check the size chart carefully before ordering — we want you confident, comfy, and camera-ready.
Damaged or Defective Items 💔➡️❤️
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, that’s on us — not you.
To get it fixed:
Email us within 7 days of delivery
Include your order number
Send clear photos showing the issue

Cancellations & Order Changes ⏰
Need to cancel or tweak your order? You’ve got 12 hours after purchase to do so.
After that, your tee is already in production and living its best life — changes won’t be possible.
Refunds 💳
Refunds are issued only if:
Your order can’t be fulfilled
A damaged/defective item can’t be replaced
Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
